MERICS organizes in partnership with the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) the “Think Tank Lab”. It aims to support think tanks in strengthening cooperation between think tanks, offering training opportunities to think tank employees and fostering innovations within think tanks.

The “China Spektrum” project provides differentiated insights into debates within China and reveals the spectrum of opinions that still exists in China. The analyses show assessments, positions and opinions on various topics and explain how these can be classified in relation to the official party-state line.
